Job summary

Grand View Lodge is seeking a People Services Coordinator, Talent & Associate Experience, to lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and associate engagement in a resort environment. You will partner with resort leaders to attract and welcome talent, while promoting a culture of belonging and service excellence.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HR or recruiting, strong interpersonal skills, and experience with ADP Workforce Now.

Qualifications

2+ years of recruiting, HR, hospitality operations, or associate engagement.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; able to connect with associates and leaders.

Responsibilities

Manage recruiting for assigned positions: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews.
Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities: offer letters, background screenings, new hire paperwork.
Facilitate new associate orientation and present culture, policies, benefits, and service standards.
Serve as a go-to resource for new associates during their first weeks.
Coordinate associate recognition programs and engagement initiatives.
Maintain accurate associate records and data integrity within ADP and HRIS.
Support recruiting metrics and onboarding tracking.
This is a resort hospitality role with peak-season flexibility.
