Job summary

Grand View Lodge in Nisswa, MN, is hiring a People Services Coordinator, Talent & Associate Experience. You will lead full-cycle recruiting, coordinate onboarding, and champion associate recognition.

You’ll support orientation, engage leaders, and help shape a welcoming workplace culture, with flexibility during peak seasons. You’ll work closely with department leaders across the resort, maintaining records in ADP and contributing to engagement metrics.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business, hospitality, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in recruiting, HR, hospitality operations, or engagement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with managers.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities: offers, background checks, paperwork, onboarding schedules.
• Facilitate new associate orientation and educate on culture, benefits, and service standards.
• Serve as first contact for associates and escalate complex matters to the People Services Manager.
• Maintain accurate records in ADP and other HR systems; support reporting and metrics.
• Support engagement surveys, culture initiatives, and recognition events.
• Assist during peak seasons and events with flexible staffing and coordination.
• Other duties as assigned.
