Job summary

Honest Health is seeking a Manager, People Services to design and run compliant, scalable people operations and to lead employee relations. The role partners with Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Total Rewards, and Learning & Organizational Development to translate strategy into consistent execution.

Responsibilities include processing end-to-end HR transactions, maintaining audit-ready employment records, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in people operations, HR shared services, or HR administration.
• Working knowledge of HR policies, employee relations fundamentals, leave of absence processes, and employment lifecycle operations.
• Hands-on experience processing HR transactions and supporting data accuracy within an HRIS environment.
• Experience processing HR transactions in Workday, such as hires, job changes, transfers, and terminations, preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage recurring, detail-oriented processes while balancing ad hoc requests and stakeholder needs.
• Strong customer service mindset with experience responding to employee questions and resolving issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and execution of compliant, scalable people operations and lead the employee relations function.
• Ensure processes are efficient, auditable, data-accurate, and compliant with employment law.
• Partner with People & Culture centers of excellence to operationalize strategy into consistent execution.
• Own contingent workforce operations, onboarding and offboarding for contractors and non-employees.
• Oversee HRIS data accuracy, audits, and data integrity across connected systems.
• Provide reporting and analytics on people operations trends to inform leadership decisions.
• Serve as primary contact for employee concerns; conduct investigations and advise managers.
