Job summary

Honest Health is transforming primary care by delivering purpose-led, partnership-driven HR operations that support a scalable, compliant People Services function. The Manager, People Services will own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Total Rewards, and Learning to operationalize strategy.

The role emphasizes auditability, adherence to employment law, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement across all HR

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in people operations, HR shared services, or HR administration.
• Working knowledge of HR policies, employee relations fundamentals, leave of absence processes, and employment lifecycle operations.
• Hands-on experience processing HR transactions and supporting data accuracy within an HRIS environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve people processes across the full employee lifecycle, with emphasis on pre-boarding and offboarding.
• Own the centralized People Services inbox; triage, respond to, and resolve Tier 2 inquiries.
• Support annual people processes such as open enrollment, performance cycle administration, and compliance training cycles.
