Job summary

Harri seeks a People & Risk Business Partner to blend strategic HR partnership with hands-on risk and safety management across stores in the assigned territory. You will advise leadership on employee relations, talent, and workforce strategy while owning investigations, workers' compensation, and liability claims.

The role requires 50% field work with travel, collaboration with operations, and development of learning programs and talent plans.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing HR policy and employee relations practices.
• Knowledge of labor laws and risk management in a multi-location environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store leadership on HR, safety, and risk needs and provide solutions.
• Lead investigations and manage workers' compensation and liability claims.
• Develop talent plans, training, and succession strategies for the organization.
• Coordinate with operations to implement HR and risk goals across sites.
