Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union in Bethpage, NY is seeking a Manager, People Relations to lead employee relations, policy governance, and HR operations across a remote/hybrid multi-state workforce.

You will oversee the Employee Relations Program, develop HR policies, ensure compliance with laws, mentor HR professionals, and partner with Legal, Risk, and Audit to support business objectives and employee needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience focused on operations, compliance, and policy management.
• Deep knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience collaborating with Legal, Risk, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the Employee Relations Program with case management.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters and investigations.
• Lead policy development, handbook ownership, and HR compliance procedures.
• Drive employee experience initiatives and engagement programs.
• Coach leaders and partner with L&D to train managers.
• Ensure policy compliance across remote/hybrid multi-state workforce.
• Support change management and strategic HR projects.
