FourLeaf Federal Credit Union in New York, NY is seeking a Manager, People Relations to lead the HR function across a remote/hybrid, multi-state workforce. You will oversee employee relations, ADA accommodations, policy governance, and HR compliance while guiding a team of HR professionals to deliver scalable, culturally aligned practices.

The role partners with Legal, Risk, and Audit to design programs that support business objectives, with focus on employee experience and a high-performing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience focusing on operations, compliance, and policy management.
• Deep knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience collaborating with Legal, Risk, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the Employee Relations Program with consistent, fair case management.
• Provide high-level guidance on complex employee relations matters with support from Legal and HR leadership.
• Act as escalation point for sensitive employee concerns while safeguarding fairness and employee experience.
• Lead investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation to ensure compliant outcomes.
• Coach managers, develop training programs with L&D, and monitor adoption of HR policies.
