Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of workplace accommodation requests coordinating with HR and non-HR stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Address confidential workplace issues with tact and problem solving while representing all perspectives.
• Lead workforce restructuring initiatives with due diligence, severance documentation, and reporting.
• Provide consultation on ER programs and corporate projects to completion.
• Engage with employees to develop strategic solutions addressing short- and long-term needs.
