Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is seeking a Manager, People Relations to lead employee relations, policy governance, and HR compliance across a remote/hybrid, multi-state workforce. You will coach the HR team, partner with Legal, Risk, and Finance, and drive programs that support business objectives and employee needs.

You will own the employee handbook updates, ensure consistent policy application, and oversee ADA accommodations, return-to-work processes, and HR operations to foster a fair,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with operations, compliance and policy management.
• Deep knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience collaborating with Legal, Risk and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead Employee Relations, ensuring fair case management and risk assessment.
• Own policy governance, handbook updates, and compliance documentation.
• Advance Employee Experience and HR operations across a remote/hybrid workforce.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the HR team.
