Job summary

Dow has a People Relations Manager opportunity located in Seadrift, Texas. You will serve as a trusted advisor to site leadership and employees, partnering with leaders to anticipate workforce needs and deliver talent, culture, and organizational initiatives aligned with business objectives.

The role combines HR expertise with leadership influence to drive change, mitigate risk, and deliver positive outcomes in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• 5+ years of relevant working experience.
• Previous HR experience.
• TWIC card or eligibility to obtain a TWIC card.
• U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to site leadership, advising on workforce, talent, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations matters.
• Lead complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
• Coach leaders on performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational change.
• Partner with Strategic Advisory and HR Operations to deliver integrated, high-impact people solutions.
• Lead site initiatives including culture transformation and employee engagement.
• Serve as a trusted resource on complex people matters.
