Dow’s Seadrift, Texas site is hiring a People Relations Manager. You will partner with site leadership and employees to address workforce needs, drive talent initiatives, and manage employee relations in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

The role requires strong business acumen, HR expertise, and leadership to mitigate risk, guide change, and implement organizational initiatives aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at US E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• US work authorization; TWIC card eligibility or possession.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR partner to site leadership and employees on workforce, talent, organizational effectiveness and employee relations.
• Lead complex employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance and policy adherence.
• Coach leaders on performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and change management.
• Partner with Strategic Advisory and HR Operations to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Lead site initiatives including culture transformation and employee engagement programs.
• Be a trusted resource on complex people matters across the site.
