Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous HR experience.
• Must possess a TWIC card or be eligible to obtain one.
• U.S. work authorization with no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to site leadership, counsel on workforce and employee relations.
• Lead complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
• Coach leaders on performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
• Partner with Strategy and HR Operations to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Lead site initiatives including culture transformation and employee engagement.
• Serve as a trusted resource on complex people matters.
