Job summary

Altis Technology in British Columbia (Remote) is seeking a collaborative recruiter to join our People & Culture team on a 4-month contract. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business areas, partnering with leaders to attract top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of progressive recruitment experience in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline; CPHR designation is considered an asset.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple business areas.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office, and Google search tools.
  • Strong relationship-building, interviewing, and stakeholder consulting skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Collaborate with HR partners to anticipate workforce needs and recommend recruitment solutions.
