Job summary

Anduril Industries in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Production Coordinator to join our Manufacturing team, coordinating production activities, resource planning, and cross-functional communication. This role centers on ensuring efficient material flow and alignment with the monthly plan.

You will own work orders, monitor part movements, maintain MRP/ERP data, and generate reports for leadership. A 2nd shift (3pm–11:30pm) may be required; 5+ years in manufacturing/logistics are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, shipping, or logistics.
• 3+ years supporting administrative processes.
• Experience with MRP/ERP/MES (Netsuite, Oracle or equivalent).
• Strong computer skills and MS Office products.
• Tableau, Confluence, SQL or reporting experience.
• Lift/move items of 20 pounds or more regularly and lift on raised surfaces.
• Occasional overtime and weekends; eligible for U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production and support cross-functional teams (production, supply chain, inventory).
• Ensure metrics-driven actions are completed with production managers.
• Develop and maintain reports for internal and customer use.
• Support internal logistics with innovative workflow staging.
• Assist production cells with work order management activities.
• Monitor part movements to ensure timely delivery in the value chain.
• Coordinate physical movement of parts through receiving, warehouses, or work centers.
• Keep MRP/ERP/MES data clean and accurate; resolve inventory issues.
