DPR Construction is seeking a content governance professional to manage and publish People Practices content within ServiceNow and the DPR Toolbox. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, alignment, and governance of knowledge articles, FAQs, SOPs, and desktop references.

You will personalize content through tagging and keywords, monitor performance metrics, and translate feedback into improvements that support the employee-owned culture and ongoing growth.
