Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Change Lead to support the NHS PeoplePortal implementation. You will work with HR, Payroll, IT and operations to redesign workforce processes, oversee testing, and drive adoption of new ways of working across the Trust.

You will conduct change impact assessments, support system integrations, produce programme dashboards, and build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure successful delivery on site.

Aufgaben

• Conduct change impact assessments and support the implementation of revised processes and procedures.
• Support the validation of system integrations, interfaces, data migration and end-to-end workforce processes.
• Produce programme reports, dashboards and analysis to monitor progress, risks, issues, benefits and organisational readiness.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supporting engagement, communication and collaboration throughout the programme lifecycle.
• Support programme governance, risk management, reporting, data quality activities and the continuous improvement of workforce services and systems.
• Contribute to benefits realisation, lessons learned reviews and ongoing optimisation activities following implementation.
