These are your tasks.

• HR administration (contract management, communication with external service providers)
• Preparation and implementation of monthly payroll accounting for several locations with P&I Loga3
• Supporting and advising employees and managers on personnel-related issues
• Carrying out applicant management and conducting interviews with the respective hiring managers

What you bring with you

• Completed studies with a focus on HR or comparable commercial/administrative training with additional qualification as HR specialist
• Relevant professional experience in human resources and payroll accounting
• Sound knowledge of labor and social security law
• Confident handling of payroll accounting systems (P&I LOGA)
• Initial experience in processing and maintaining job plans
• IT affinity, analytical and forward-looking thinking in HR topics
