Job summary

Reser's is seeking an HR Coordinator to oversee benefits administration and payroll coordination in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in North Carolina. This role supports new hire processes and onboarding while ensuring accurate HR records.

The position emphasizes teamwork, bilingual communication (English/Spanish preferred), and collaboration with HR on recruiting, employee relations, and compliance, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
• High School Diploma is required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Excellent PC skills with prior HRIS experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
• Experience in high growth, small or mid-size manufacturing company is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administration and communication of employee benefits and assist employees through new hire and open enrollment.
• Coordinate payroll activities and audits for errors.
• Conduct new hire orientation and oversee onboarding process.
• Provide employee relations support and may provide coverage for HR Generalist or HR Manager during periods of absence.
• Provide employees and managers with information on benefit and compensation programs including leaves of absence.
• Assist with recruiting and reviews employment applications to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants; may assist with interviews.
• Record and complete unemployment claims and workers compensation claims.
• Files and analyzes I-9 forms for accuracy.
• Create and maintain employee files.
