Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Market People Partner to serve as an HR advisor and leader for the NAPA People team, guiding talent acquisition, talent planning, onboarding, learning and development, and employee engagement to support business priorities.

You will partner with leaders to align workforce strategy, manage performance, payroll, compliance, and employee relations, and oversee the lifecycle across multiple sites within the assigned area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5 years HR process experience in a high growth environment.
• 1+ years proven ability to lead teams and drive results without direct reporting authority.
• Collaboration with NAPA leadership and partners to drive programs.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leadership to fulfill short and long-term talent needs and retention.
• Review staffing with Talent Acquisition to meet priority business needs.
• Assess workforce capabilities and succession gaps with COE and provide development.
• Maintain ambitious standards in performance management and documentation.
• Oversee onboarding, training, compliance, and offboarding programs.
• Lead employee events and conduct retention and engagement analysis.
