Job summary

Dropbox, Inc. is seeking a People Partner to support leaders and employees globally, focusing on talent density, performance management, employee relations, investigations, leaves, and the employee experience.

You will partner with HRBPs, Legal, and the broader People team to drive thoughtful decisions and meaningful outcomes. You will analyze important people data, identify attrition trends, and translate insights into leadership recommendations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR or Employee Relations, with at least 3 years supporting managers and employees through performance management.
• Demonstrated judgment handling complex employee relations matters balancing employee experience with business priorities.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to navigate nuanced situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptable to different audiences.
• Discretion handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Proven ability to influence leaders without direct authority.
• Experience working across internationally distributed, cross-functional teams (Poland a plus).
• Treat employee experience as a product with data-driven iteration.

Responsibilities
