Job summary

Dropbox is seeking a People Partner to support leaders and employees across a Virtual First model. You will focus on talent density, performance management, employee relations, workplace investigations, and employee experience while driving data-driven insights for leadership.

You will partner with HRBPs, Legal, and the broader People team to navigate complex matters and improve organizational health. Strong product-minded approach to employee experience and AI-enabled productivity are valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in HR or Employee Relations.
• Proven ability to handle complex employee relations matters with discretion.
• Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving in sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Coach managers through performance management and employee relations.
• Use people data to inform decisions on performance, attrition, and organizational health.
• Apply product thinking to employee experience and drive data-informed improvements.
• Partner with HRBPs, Legal, and People team to navigate complex matters and improve experience.
• Influence leaders and stakeholders to drive thoughtful decisions and outcomes.
• Provide clear guidance on sensitive matters balancing empathy and business needs.
