Job summary

Weee! is seeking an on-site HR Generalist/People Partner to manage the full employee lifecycle for fulfillment and logistics staff across Texas sites. You will partner with site leadership to ensure compliance, engagement, and effective employee relations while supporting growth initiatives and policy implementations.

The role requires 2+ years in HR Generalist roles, strong communication skills, and comfort with fast-moving environments. Weekend work may be required; bilingual ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site People Partner Generalist for TX sites with regional support.
• Support implementation of policies, systems, and change initiatives.
• Lead investigations and employee relations cases; escalate when needed.
