Job summary

Beewise is seeking a driven People Operations Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle across office, warehouse, and field populations in the US and Canada, with a focus on onboarding, data accuracy, and HRIS administration.

You will partner with TriNet, Payroll, and external vendors to resolve HR inquiries, maintain records, and assist with performance management and compliance. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR Operations or Generalist experience.
• 2+ years across exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with HRIS/PEO systems and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and employee data accuracy.
• Coordinate with TriNet and Payroll on inquiries.
• Maintain employee records per regulations.
• Assist Head of People with performance management and audits.
