Zscaler in Santa Clara, CA (HQ) is hiring an AI Solutions Engineer, People & Culture, to lead the AI-native transformation of HR. This hybrid role (in office Tue-Thu) involves building governed AI agents that augment HR practitioners and scale across the organization.

You will collaborate with compensation analysts, recruiters, and the AI Center of Excellence to design, build, and govern advanced agents, driving adoption while ensuring privacy and risk management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI agents or automations that changed how work gets done.
• Ability to design agent architecture and instructions with governance in mind.
• Proven track record delivering real adoption while upskilling others.
• Highly autonomous senior individual contributor in a new domain.

Responsabilités

• Design, deploy, and improve high-risk AI agents using Gemini, Claude, Codex, MCP integrations.
• Pair with subject matter experts to build domain-specific agents.
• Redesign workflows to fix fundamental process issues, not just automate the current system.
• Operate your work as a product owner, monitor adoption and diagnose failures.
• Collaborate with AI Center of Excellence and Forward Deployed Engineering on complex integrations and governance standards.
