Zscaler is hiring an AI Solutions Engineer, People & Culture, to help lead an AI‑native HR transformation. The role is hybrid with in‑office days in Santa Clara or Bellevue, reporting to the AI Transformation Director.

You will encode judgment into governable agents that augment human expertise and unlock high‑impact outcomes. You will design and deploy GenAI agents, collaborating with HR specialists to scale practical, safe automation across processes and governance boundaries.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI agents, automations, or tools.
• Design agent architecture and governance interactions with minimal handholding.
• Track record of moving solutions from problem to real adoption and training others.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and improve high‑risk agents using Gemini, Claude, Codex, and MCP integrations.
• Collaborate with compensation analysts and recruiters to build domain‑specific agents.
• Redesign workflows to address core process issues, not just automate the old system.
• Operate what you ship as a product owner, monitor adoption, diagnose failures, and engage stakeholders.
• Partner with the AI Center of Excellence on governance and integration challenges.
