Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Senior HR Generalist for Muskegon to shape the employee experience and partner with site leaders. You will support performance, employee relations, policy interpretation, and complex HR issues in a collaborative, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years as HR Generalist or in HR operations, shared services, or employee relations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and sound judgment skills.
• Ability to coach and influence people leaders on sensitive matters; promote modern HR operating practices.
• Experience navigating cross-functional systems and data to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Expected travel up to 10% for site travel, meetings, projects, and kaizens.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leaders and associates to strengthen the employee experience, assess sentiment, support action planning, and advance the associate value proposition.
• Provide trusted guidance to leaders on performance, employee relations, policy interpretation, and complex or sensitive associate matters, escalating higher-risk issues as appropriate.
• Support investigations, separations, audits, and legal or compliance requests with HR Service Delivery, Legal/Employee Relations COEs, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve non-standard or sensitive HR cases by navigating systems, data, policies, and cross-functional resources to deliver fair, consistent, and practical outcomes.
• Drive local execution of HR projects, process improvements, policy harmonization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
