Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher company, is seeking a Senior People Partner for our New Port Richey, FL manufacturing site. The role focuses on delivering local associate experience, enabling leaders with HR tools, and ensuring compliant activation of global HR initiatives.

The position is on-site and requires access to export-controlled data and upholding regulatory standards. The candidate will partner with HRBPs and COEs, support labor law compliance, and drive local HR initiatives, including

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, compliance and HR governance.
• Experience partnering with leaders and COEs to deliver HR programs across the talent lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Enable local leaders to use HR tools, case management, and standard processes as the primary support entry point.
• Serve as the local HR expert advising leaders on employee relations, engagement, compliance and culture.
• Translate and activate global HR standards into compliant local delivery.
