Job summary

Fireclay Tile is seeking a People Partner to collaborate with the People Team, providing strategic HR partnership across the organization and advising managers on performance, employee development, and workplace culture.

Based in Aromas, CA, this role reports to Annie Acheatel, travels to Richmond, CA and Spokane, WA, supports DEI initiatives, wage-and-hour compliance in California, and helps sustain our values-driven, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in HR partnerships or advisory roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Managers on Talent and Performance: provide guidance on performance management, development, and workforce planning.
• Navigate Employee Relations: lead investigations and ensure compliant handling of concerns.
• Foster Workforce Engagement and Culture: support values-driven culture and engagement initiatives.
• Advise Leadership: interpret HR policy and support strategic operational decisions.
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador: uphold company values and standards across locations.
