Job summary

Fireclay Tile is seeking a People Partner to collaborate with the People Team, advising managers and leadership to operate with clarity and respect for our people and values. The role focuses on onboarding, operations, talent acquisition, benefits administration, and culture building, with regular travel to our Richmond, CA and Spokane, WA locations.

This is a salary position, paying $75,000–$90,000. You will be the primary people partner for managers and teammates, ensuring compliant handling

Qualifications

• Strategic HR partnership across the organization.
• Experience advising managers and leadership on people decisions.
• Comfort with data-driven insights and HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Managers on talent and performance, coaching and development.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and wage/hour compliance.
• Drive workforce engagement and culture aligned with company values.
• Advise leadership on HR policy and organizational planning.
• Act as a brand ambassador upholding B Corp standards and company values.
