Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• You have strong people leadership and advisory capabilities.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, Workday) and data-driven HR insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Managers on talent, performance, and development and lead learning initiatives.
• Navigate employee relations and ensure compliant handling of concerns.
• Foster workforce engagement and culture across departments with a values-driven approach.
• Advise leadership on HR policy interpretation and strategic planning.
