Qualifications

• Experience as a People Partner, HR Advisor or similar generalist role.
• Ability to work directly with managers and employees with credibility.
• Solid experience handling employee relations matters and UK law.
• Comfort using data to diagnose problems and guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with UK commercial leaders on people priorities to scale teams.
• Be the trusted contact for managers and employees on day-to-day people matters.
• Coach managers on performance, feedback and underperformance.
• Manage employee relations cases end-to-end with sound judgement.
• Drive core people cycles: performance reviews, compensation, engagement.
• Use data to identify trends and turn insights into actions for leaders.
• Support workforce planning, headcount and capacity decisions.
• Identify high-potential talent and succession planning across commercial roles.
• Collaborate with Talent, Finance and Sales Ops to align org design and incentives.
• Contribute to broader People initiatives and share best practices.
