Job summary

Salm Partners is seeking a 3rd Shift People Operations Specialist to support staffing, scheduling, and training for the production team. You will coordinate onboarding, manage timecards, and assist payroll with accuracy while collaborating across departments to enhance engagement and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with HR-focused education preferred, and experience with HRIS and timekeeping systems. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Business/HR emphasis preferred.
• Experience with HRIS and timekeeping systems recommended.
• Sage ERP or related manufacturing ERP experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, scheduling, attendance, and timecard approvals for production teams.
• Coordinate onboarding, training plans, and cross-training with trainers.
• Support payroll accuracy and audit reports; assist with staffing goals and engagement.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production and engagement.
