Job summary

World Wrapps is seeking an HR and Recruiting Coordinator to support core people operations across multiple restaurant locations. This hybrid role partners with General Managers and payroll to ensure accurate HR records, timely onboarding, and smooth benefits administration.

You will manage HRIS data, assist with payroll processing, and coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement programs while maintaining compliance with California labor laws.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination or people operations support.
• Working knowledge of California labor law, payroll, and HR compliance.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Clear, professional communicator with managers and team members.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits platforms (e.g., BambooHR, SpotOn, Ease) a plus.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations & Compliance: support HR processes, maintain records, audits, trackers.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration: assist with bi-weekly payroll and benefits enrollment.
• Recruiting & Onboarding: coordinate hourly and management recruiting and new hire onboarding.
• Performance, Reporting & Analytics: prepare turnover, engagement, and bonus tracking reports.
• Engagement & Culture Programs: help with surveys, recognition, and milestones.
• Offboarding: coordinate asset recovery and final pay paperwork.
