Job summary

World Wrapps International LLC seeks a HR and Recruiting Coordinator to support multi-location restaurant teams with onboarding, payroll and benefits, HR compliance, and employee engagement programs.

The role partners with General Managers and payroll to ensure accurate records, timely HR processes, and smooth daily people operations across locations in California. This position offers a collaborative environment, growth opportunities, and the chance to help scale a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting coordination, or people operations support.
• Working knowledge of California labor law, payroll, and HR compliance.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet recurring deadlines.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits platforms (e.g., BambooHR, SpotOn, Ease).
• Clear, professional communicator comfortable working with managers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR operations, onboarding, payroll and benefits support across multiple locations.
• Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS, payroll, and internal systems.
• Assist with workers’ compensation claims, leaves of absence, employment claims, and state reporting documentation.
• Support recruiting coordination including job postings, ATS, interview scheduling, and offers.
• Prepare and maintain people-related reports and dashboards.
