This role demands balancing operational complexity with fair, clear processes. You will guide supervisors through policy updates and coaching, analyze key metrics, and drive practical improvements in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an HR business partner, people operations, or employee relations role.
• Deep knowledge of Colorado labor law, including HELP Rules and HFWA.
• Proven ability to earn trust with hourly employees and translate programs into practice.
• Strong communication with field supervisors and installers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with field operations leaders to support hourly workforce.
• Maintain knowledge of Colorado labor and employment law.
• Design programs translating initiatives into field-friendly formats.
• Collaborate with recruiting for onboarding and retention.
• Support frontline supervisors with employee relations and coaching.
• Track turnover, engagement, and compliance, and recommend improvements.
• Lead investigations and manage workplace issues with sound judgment.
