Zusammenfassung

Arcadia Beverage, LLC is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function in a hands-on, strategic role. You will partner with the CEO, CFO, and operations to align workforce planning, total rewards, and compliance with the company’s growth plan.

You will manage benefits, compensation, and HRIS (Paylocity), oversee employee relations and policy administration, and drive recruiting, learning, and engagement initiatives in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with multi-discipline responsibilities.
• Experience with self-funded benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of federal and North Carolina employment law.
• Experience managing complex employee relations with outside counsel.
• Experience in manufacturing or cGMP-regulated environments.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Support safety and workforce planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Ensure safety, quality, and food safety compliance.
