Job summary

Tilray Brands, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources for the West Region Beer Operations.

You will partner with brewery, manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, and hospitality leaders to drive business performance through people, across hourly and salaried populations in multiple locations. You will lead strategic workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, and compliance while supporting safety initiatives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant experience supporting manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, hospitality, or other operational environments.
• Demonstrated experience supporting multi-site operations and geographically dispersed workforces.
• Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience.
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employee populations.
• Working knowledge of labor relations principles and practices.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and wage and hour regulations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership & Operational Leadership: Partner with operational leaders to address workforce challenges in manufacturing and hospitality environments and align people strategies with business objectives.
• Employee & Labour Relations: Lead investigations, counsel leaders, handle performance issues, and support union relations where applicable.
• Talent Management & Leadership Development: Collaborate on hiring, onboarding, succession planning, and leadership development programs for regional roles.
• Safety, Compliance & Risk Management: Align with EHS and Operations to maintain safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Employment Law & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal/state laws, wage/hour rules, and manage audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Compensation, Benefits & HR Programs: Support annual performance, compensation planning, data accuracy in HR systems, and enterprise programs.
