You will partner with managers to handle warnings, PIPs, and performance procedures, and you will track hiring progress to improve retention through better data and streamlined processes in a growing travel-tech environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on HR or People Operations experience.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort with spreadsheets.
• Experience improving or automating processes in a growing company.
