Job summary

PDI Technologies is seeking an HR professional to partner with the HRBP team, delivering people programs and day-to-day HR support across designated functions. You will help with employee relations, performance, recruiting, and organizational changes, while escalating complex issues to HR Business Partners.

The role includes handling onboarding, backfills, offboarding, and HR projects, with flexibility based on priorities and increased hiring activity. Hybrid work arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of progressive HR experience with exposure to multiple HR areas.
• Experience supporting managers and employees with day-to-day HR questions and relations.
• Experience supporting HR projects or programs from planning through execution.
• Experience supporting recruiting activities, including screening and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees.
• Support routine employee relations matters and tracking cases.
• Draft and update job descriptions and coordinate workflows in Salesforce and Enboarder.
• Provide recruiting support including postings, resume review, interviews, and communications.
• Support managers in using HR processes and tools like Lever.
• Serve as HR point of contact for employee transitions, onboarding, offboarding, and related activities.
• Support department climate surveys and action plan tracking.
