Salesloft, Inc. is seeking a People Operations Generalist to partner with managers on employee relations and compliance across a fast-growing organization in Guadalajara, MX. You will manage investigations, leaves, and exits while shaping people policies and consistent employee support.

This role emphasizes policy development, cross-functional teamwork, and a white-glove employee experience in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, including employee relations and program management
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment with professionalism and good judgment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience interfacing with all levels of an organization
• High attention to detail and a high degree of empathy in supporting a positive, accommodating employee experience
• Experience with HiBob HRIS
• A passion for teamwork and contributing to the success and reputation of the broader People function

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including investigations, exit surveys, and exit interviews.
• Manage the leave-of-absence process and tracking, ensuring compliance with local and federal law.
• Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews for all departing employees.
• Partner closely with managers to ensure consistent, high-quality employee support across the organization.
• Analyze workforce trends and metrics to recommend action plans that improve engagement and retention.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of company policies and state compliance projects.
• Craft corporate communications that land clearly across all levels of the organization.
