Job summary

Meta is seeking a People Service Delivery Lead to own and drive large, complex transformation programs end-to-end, combining people operations expertise with hands-on engineering. Qualifications

• Experience designing or operating HR processes spanning employee lifecycles.
• Ability to drive large-scale transformation with measurable business results.
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and deliver outcomes with little oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own development, organization, and execution of large, complex programs end-to-end.
• Define program roadmap, scope, and trade-offs to optimize time-to-release.
• Deliver tooling that reduces manual effort in people operations workflows.
• Partner with Engineering to shape system design and translate needs into requirements.
• Participate in design reviews, maintaining a high-quality bar for outputs.
• Deconstruct employee lifecycles to identify seams and automation opportunities.
• Drive AI-enabled improvements balancing efficiency with care and quality.
• Improve systems and processes through end-to-end frameworks and change management.
