Qualifications

• 10+ years in an HR leadership role at a mid-sized company.
• Experience leading, coaching, and scaling a People Operations team.
• Proven ability to partner with executive leadership to execute company-wide talent strategies.
• Hands-on experience with HR tech, modern HRIS platforms, and AI-driven analytics.
• Knowledge of health and welfare plan administration, FMLA/ADA, and total rewards.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment regulations and immigration programs.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with VP of People to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Use AI-driven analytics to evaluate HR metrics and present data to leadership.
• Coach leaders on performance, team dynamics, and organizational design.
• Oversee performance management, engagement initiatives, and succession planning.
• Lead high-impact People initiatives and cross-functional projects as directed by leadership.
