Job summary

HopeLink Behavioral Health in Oakton, VA is seeking an HR Generalist to manage onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and HR records for a mission-driven team.

You will coordinate new hire orientation, benefits enrollment, leave management, and HR reporting, partnering with payroll and leadership to support a positive employee experience. The role is hybrid with three on-site days weekly in the Oakton Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required.
• 3+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new hires and conduct orientation.
• Administer benefits enrollment and employee recognition programs.
• Handle employee separations and payroll-related issues with finance.
• Maintain HR records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
• Support leaves of absence, accommodations, and compliance deadlines.
