Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our People Team in El Segundo. You will coordinate workflows, maintain accurate data in Workday HCM, and support onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility to ensure a smooth employee experience.

You will partner cross-functionally on compliance initiatives, build SOPs, and implement changes as we scale.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or People Ops.
• Hands-on experience processing transactions in Workday HCM.
• Experience owning or supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle administration end-to-end.
• Familiarity with HR ticketing platforms such as FreshService or ServiceNow.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with a proactive ownership mindset and strong communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills.
• Foundational AI literacy and willingness to experiment with new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally to evaluate, document, and optimize People Operations workflows.
• Project manage compliance-driven initiatives and ensure timely execution and clear communication.
• Support rollout of new People Ops processes with documentation, communications, and change management.
• Triage, route, and resolve HRIS requests and onboarding logistics.
• Enter and audit HR transactions in Workday HCM & Benefits with accuracy.
• Support routine data pulls and reporting from Workday for stakeholders.
• Build and maintain SOPs for recurring People Operations processes.
• Identify repetitive workflows and surface efficiency improvements.
