Job summary

Everlane is seeking a People Operations Manager to own and evolve the core People infrastructure for both corporate and retail teams. You will oversee the employee lifecycle, compensation and benefits operations, performance processes, and compliance, ensuring programs are scalable, accurate, and employee-centric.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and People systems (UKG, ADP, Zendesk preferred).
• Experience supporting a retail or hourly, multi-location workforce.
• A people-first mindset with strong operational backbone.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and data cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve core People Operations programs (onboarding, offboarding, performance, internal mobility).
• Support benefits administration, leaves of absence, and open enrollment with the VP of People.
• Ensure compliant execution across compensation, benefits, and employee records.
