Fabletics seeks a Wholesale Operations Associate to support day-to-day wholesale execution across sales readiness, onboarding, account support, and operations. Based at our El Segundo HQ, you will help ensure sales teams and customers are set up for success while keeping workflow and data moving efficiently.

You will coordinate across Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, and partners to improve readiness, manage onboarding, and maintain accurate customer information and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in wholesale or related operations.
• Experience in apparel/retail wholesale preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel and data tools.
• Experience with ERP, B2B, EDI or NuOrder is a plus.
• Comfort with AI and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Support wholesale sales readiness across accounts with materials, information, and operational support.
• Build and maintain wholesale linesheets and sales materials.
• Coordinate sample readiness for meetings and programs.
• Maintain wholesale showroom readiness for customer and Sales meetings.
• Coordinate across Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, and partners for seasonal and program readiness.
• Execute onboarding activities for new wholesale customers and track requirements.
