Job summary

Kpler is seeking a People Operations Specialist to optimize HR workflows and support the employee lifecycle globally. You will own systems administration, manage employee requests, and drive process improvements to scale our People team across regions.

You will collaborate with People Partners, Payroll, IT, and vendors to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll paperwork while maintaining a helpful employee experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant education or experience in People Operations or HR Admin.
• Knowledge of employment laws across regions is a plus.
• Experience with HR systems and global employee lifecycles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding, background checks, new hire docs, and leaver admin.
• Manage internal movements (promotions/transfers) with partners and IT.
• Ensure accurate updates to employee records throughout the lifecycle.
• Support payroll paperwork in collaboration with Payroll.
• Maintain leave records and liaise with vendors for leave management.
• Assist with annual performance cycles, surveys, and HR initiatives.
