The Role
Hone is looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of People Ops and you will be responsible for operational tasks including payroll processing, compensation management, benefits administration, reporting, policy updates and compliance, and employee records management. In addition, as a member of a small People Ops team in a dynamic, growing organization, you will have the opportunity to support with employee relations and engagement activities including hiring and onboarding, performance management, and culture-building initiatives.
