Job summary

Honor Technology seeks a seasoned Benefits Administrator to lead multi-state programs, including health, welfare, 401(k), and wellness initiatives. You will manage leaves, vendor relations, and enrollment communications with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

We require 5+ years in multi-state benefits administration, strong Excel skills, and a track record of regulatory adherence (ERISA, COBRA, ACA, FMLA).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-state benefits administration experience including health/welfare and 401(k).
• 3+ years experience with leave administration and worker’s compensation.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills for audits and reconciliations.
