You will drive data-driven insights, unify reporting across the workforce, and partner with HRIS to support a growing global organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people analytics and reporting experience in fast-paced scaling environments.
• Experience delivering people ops solutions across all aspects of the talent journey.
• Experience implementing or migrating HRIS.
• Experience building reports from scratch.
• Proactive identification and resolution of data quality issues; high standards for analytics data.
• Strong data storytelling and communication of insights; explain methodology clearly.
• Experience across multiple countries/entities, including EOR/contract populations.

Responsibilities

• Own headcount, attrition and people cost reporting end to end.
• Build exec and board level reporting for leadership.
• Define what metrics mean and ensure data governance.
• Reconcile People and Finance headcount; keep them aligned.
• Clean up taxonomies and data quality; fix chronic issues.
• Own employee data model and governance; work with HRIS team.
• Own US and global benefits administration and records.
• Make reporting self-serve; automate recurring reports for managers.
• Support front-line teams with day-to-day data questions.
• Design reporting scalable for company growth and audit readiness.
